Nitti Kaur, CEO and Principal at A360 Capital, specializes in providing fiduciary advisory services to Family Offices, strategically addressing the unique needs and goals of high-net-worth families and individuals. Her expertise lies in advising clients on enriching their real estate portfolio through strategic asset repositioning and portfolio management. With keen intellectual curiosity and understanding of local zoning, she has repositioned underutilized neighborhood strip centers into car washes, transitioned residential lots into multi-family dwellings, and guided her clients in collaborating with the State of California to repurpose older motels into temporary housing for the most vulnerable.

Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Nitti managed operations and employee training for companies in the Real Estate, Health Care, and Information Technology sectors.

With a worldly perspective gained from living and working in five different countries and traveling to around 60, Nitti brings a diverse and informed approach to real estate investment.

She also dedicates her time to empowering the women in her life, leading them toward financial freedom, primarily through informed real estate investments.

As an Executive Coach at A360 Capital, Ginger plays a pivotal role in optimizing performance, leadership, and strategic decision-making for our team. She specializes in enhancing mental resilience, emotional intelligence, and peak performance, particularly when navigating high-stakes projects. Beyond coaching, Ginger has a proven track record in rapid organization and last-minute mobilization, most recently during the Rent LA wildfires, where she successfully secured significant donations that directly supported communities in Los Angeles. She also served as President of the Rotary Club Pleasanton chapter and continues to maintain strong influence and relationships within the Rotary Club network, leveraging her expertise to drive both business and philanthropic impact.

Jay Warren is a strategic liaison who drives A360 Capital’s growth by connecting its vision with the people and resources needed to achieve it. With a keen ability to foster relationships, and align strategic partners, Jay ensures that every initiative is both impactful and results-driven. His extensive network and talent for building meaningful collaborations play a pivotal role in expanding A360 Capital’s reach and unlocking new opportunities for growth.

Prina, a UC Berkeley graduate, brings over a decade of experience in healthcare and student housing management, where she developed a strong foundation in client relationship management. At A360 Capital, she leverages this expertise to help clients identify high-return investment opportunities in the commercial real estate sector. Prina also plays a key role in supporting A360 Capital’s principals by assisting in raising capital for in-house investments. Her ability to navigate complex challenges and her keen understanding of client needs make her an invaluable part of the team, consistently driving positive outcomes for both investors and partners.
